The spacious lounge is fully furnished with TV and DVD with a lovely view out to the garden. The modern dining kitchen is fully equipped. The newly refurbished bathroom also has a shower over the bath. All bedding, towels, gas and electricity are provided.
The large south-facing private garden is fully enclosed so ideal for young children. The garden has two areas of lawn, a seating area and a patio area with a table, 4 chairs and parasol.
There is ample storage for golf clubs, bicycles, prams etc.
Violets is situated in the town centre of Montrose, a coastal resort town 30 miles north of Dundee and 40 miles south of Aberdeen, between the mouths of the North and South Esk Rivers. It is within walking distance of the train station, beach, golf courses, tennis courts, swimming pool, shops, bowling green and parks.
The town has a view of a two square mile tidal lagoon, Montrose Basin, which is considered a nature reserve of international importance.
Montrose boasts the fifth oldest golf course in the world. Golf has been played since 1562.
The town also has one of Scotland's most extensive golden beaches and the Seafront Splash play area is a great place for a kids' day out.
Just outside the town is the 18th century House of Dun, designed by the Scottish architect William Adam and built in 1730.
